Video shows some initial setup steps, followed by the rolling of a 4.5" X 1.5 TPI single start acme in 1045 CDS. Video also briefly shows the included bar handling system provided for this customer.

2-Die Thread Rolling System by Tesker Manufacturing. Video shows infeed threading of forged and turned bolt blanks. Operator is presented with open shuttle to load the blank. A double thumb button begins the cycle. The part clamps, loading door closes, then the part is shuttled into the rolling area. After rolling, the part is ejected down a ramp for packaging.

Video shows test rolling of a part at Tesker Manufacturing. The stainless steel blank is continuously thrufeed threaded on a 2-die cylindrical thread roller (TMC Model 215). Thread type is M10 X 1.0 produced with annular ring dies.

the infeed or plongee rolls is a tread roll and he dont go after or forward and the trufeed rolls are ring rolls and with the inclination he go for or afterward and with the control of the botton left and right you can select forward or afterward its simple
